WFP reserves the right to change, revoke or alter sponsorship at any time at its sole discretion. WFP reserves the right to ban or remove any player from play at any time, for, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, foul language, physical confrontations, cheating, promoting other businesses, etc. No WFP Player may be in competition with WFP previously or currently at time of sponsorship opportunity or fulfillment. WFP Player recognizes that he/she has been chosen by WFP based on several factors. Some of those factors include the way the Player has conducted themselves in prior free tournaments, their demonstration of a high level of skill and proper etiquette in those tournaments, their ability to relate to and socialize with other players and WFP’s perception that the Player will represent them with high regard. All Member must also read and agree to WFP Tournaments Rules, which are avaiable HERE - WFP Tournaments Rules. You understand that by joining WorldFreepoker.com (WFP) events, that Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. If you are found to be participating in gambling, of any kind, at any WFP event, you will be immediately banned from playing in any future WFP event, and you may be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.You also agree that by participating in any WFP events, you will not share any confidential information about WFP operations with any other similar company(s), nor shall you assist, promote or enter into a competing business, without the express written consent of WFP directors. You hereby certify, that you are not affiliated with, or related to, any WFP owners, managers or employees, or have any interest in WFP or its competitors. Should it be discovered, that you have misrepresented the aforementioned, You will forfeit my sponsorship eligibility. WFP reserves the right to pursue monetary damages.You further agree to grant WFP the right to use, in any media, my name and likeness, for purposes of advertising, promotion, publicity, and exploitation, at any and all WFP events, without compensation. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless WFP its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, designees or assigns, from any and all liabilities, damages, claims or causes of action, resulting from participation in any WFP events.You hereby declare, that I am at least 21 years of age, and I understand and agree to abide by all WFP Rules. I understand Rules are subject to change without notice, and all management rulings during any WFP event are final.

14) Other.
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Website and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member of the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WorldFreePoker.com regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. The failure of WorldFreePoker.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
