WFP's WPT/WSOP Yearly Finals - Borgata Open - Updates   (Temporarily Suspended)

The WFP FINAL TOURNAMENT FOR A WPT $3500 BUY-IN for the Fall Borgata Open has started again! Visit any poker host location and start qualifying. It's never too late to join and it's easy to qualify for this or next season!

Qualifiers: The top 110 players at the end of the season (Aug 1, 2019 – July 31, 20120) are eligible to compete for a seat at the finals! The top 50 players get a bye straight to the finals. Players 51 – 110 will play a semi-final tournament, with 20 players advancing to the finals. A total of 70 players will compete in the finals, starting with an equal amount of chips for each player.. (registration begins on August 1st, 2020)

Semi-final Tournament – TO BE ANNOUNCED

Players placing 51 – 110 in the 2019-20 season will qualify for the semi-final tournament. Lockout will be 1st Color Up. A total of 20 players will advance to the finals. Each player will start with 10,000 in tournament chips, plus any earned bonus chips. Bonus Chips – for each 1st place win in the season, players will receive 100 bonus chips. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Players must reserve a seat no later than 24 hours before the tournament start time. No walk-ins.

This year we’re offering a choice of starting days.

No Show Policy: Any Participant who has not taken a hand by the start of the third level will be considered a “no show.” These Participants will have their chips removed from play and will not be eligible to participate in the Event. Play will end each day at a level to be determined by the tournament director. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Players must choose which starting day they want to play. Each day is limited to 35 players. Registration will be honored on a “first come, first served” basis. Once a date has reached 35 players, you’ll need to register for the other available day. Please do not register for both days or we will remove both sign ups, and you’ll have to re-register.
